Reverse Osmosis

VOS | Evatec Reverse Osmosis units were designed to meet the users requirements and demands. The design is based on a long lifetime in rough circumstances. VOS | Evatec RO systems are equipped with stainless steel frame work, stainless steel pumps, stainless steel pre-filtration and stainless steel high pressure piping. Proven ABS piping and fittings on low pressure side ensure a long lifetime. There is an electrical cabinet with LCD display on which the whole process is displayed, high performance frequency converters, and the unit can operate automatically (without supervision) in temperatures ranging from 1°C until 30. Capacities range from 2 up to 500 M³/day.

Mineralising

In many cases, the produced drinking water will need additional treatment; often the water will suffer from high acidity and, because of the treatment in the osmosis membranes, contains few minerals. Drinking a lot of water from a water treatment unit for long periods of time may lead to decalcifying of the body.

For this reason, VOS | Evatec water treatment units can be equipped with a mineralising filter, which will ensure proper addition of minerals and give the water a proper pH-value.
